Cancellation Policy

The client agrees to the sharing of personal and medical data with The IVF Guide and with their clinic. All personal and medical information shared will be stored securely, held in the strictest confidence and in compliance with General Data Protection Regulations (2018) The IVF Guide provides only experienced, qualified and vetted clinical embryologists for consultations and support to clients. Clinical embryologists have an in depth knowledge of clinical reproductive technology, but they are not medical doctors. As such, they are unable to offer medical advice. This includes, but is not limited to, advice on diseases, past medical history, or medication dosage. The IVF Guide does not claim that use of its services will increase a client's chance of pregnancy or live birth. The service is intended as a supportive, practical and advisory service from IVF experts to aid the client's fertility journey. The clinical embryologists work as independent practitioners for The IVF Guide. As such The IVF Guide and their embryologists do not, and will not, accept any referral fee from any clinic, irrespective of clinic country. The IVF Guide's embryologists may also work for one or more IVF clinic. They are permitted to recommend their own clinic only if it is appropriate for the client (ie. it is in a location where the client wants to receive treatment, meets the client's budget and offers suitable services for the client's needs). If they recommend their clinic of employment, they will disclose to the client that they work there. The IVF Guide will always recommend a minimum of two clinics, but usually more, to ensure impartiality. (Referral clinic suggestions are regularly audited by The IVF Guide's management to ensure impartiality). The IVF Guide will attempt to negotiate a discount for clients with their chosen clinic. However, this is only possible if the patient is not already an existing patient and may not be possible in every instance Clinic recommendations will be based on the location of the client, their medical history, budget and requirements and The IVF Guide's industry knowledge of reputable clinics. The IVF Guide works collaboratively with fertility clinics, but will not accept referral fees. To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours before appointment. No refunds are given after day 1 of client treatment cycle. You may change your IVF Guide at any time during your programme.
